2. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted at All-Inkl.com, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When accessing the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and access status. The processing is used for secure and stable provisioning, error analysis and Defence against abusive access. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the website. According to the operator, server log data is generally deleted after 7 days, unless security-related longer retention is required. 3. Contact form and contact
If you use the contact form, your name, e-mail address, subject, message, time and the technically necessary data for the transmission will be processed. The processing is carried out in order to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, insofar as the request is directed at a contract or pre-contractual measures; in addition, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
